Gallatin Premier Childcare

Intentional Nutrition & Fresh Meals Prepared Daily

Fresh Food. Thoughtful Nutrition. Higher Standards.

At Gallatin Premier Childcare, we believe what children eat matters. Nutrition plays an important role in growth, brain development, energy, focus, and overall well-being—which is why our approach goes far beyond a traditional childcare meal program.

Our meals are prepared fresh in our own commercial kitchen each day, with an emphasis on wholesome, all-natural and organic ingredients rather than highly processed convenience foods.

Meet Tiffany, Our Kitchen Manager

Our in-house meal program is led by Tiffany, our ServSafe Certified Kitchen Manager.

Tiffany brings more than 15 years of senior-level management experience and a genuine passion for preparing quality food for children. After her own children began school, she transitioned into food service and has prepared meals for H.B. Williams Elementary School and Bethel Baptist Christian School.

She holds multiple certifications in food safety, handling, and management, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.

Having a dedicated, experienced kitchen manager allows us to be intentional about what we serve, how it’s prepared, and the quality of the meals our children receive every day.

What’s on the GPC Table?

Our children enjoy:

• Fresh-made organic breakfast, lunch & afternoon snack
• All-natural and organic ingredients whenever possible
• No processed foods
• Fresh breads & homemade menu items
• Organic milk served daily
• Balanced, child-focused menu planning
• Family-style dining experiences

We don’t believe the food served to children should simply be whatever is fastest, cheapest, or easiest to prepare. The quality standards we bring to our teachers, classrooms, and curriculum extend to our kitchen, too.

Mealtime Is Part of Learning

At GPC, meals aren’t just a break in the school day. Our family-style dining approach gives children opportunities to practice:

• Independence & self-help skills
• Communication & conversation
• Manners & positive mealtime routines
• Social interaction
• Healthy eating habits
• Confidence trying new foods and flavors

Children learn to participate in the mealtime experience, interact with teachers and friends, and develop positive relationships with food.

Because Quality Should Extend to the Table

Our boutique philosophy is about being intentional in every part of a child’s day. From the educators teaching them to the classrooms they’re learning in and the food they’re eating, we believe children deserve more than minimum standards.

Freshly prepared. Thoughtfully planned. Served with purpose. That’s nutrition at Gallatin Premier Childcare.
