Meet Brittany
Executive Director | Gallatin Premier Childcare
Brittany’s journey at Gallatin Premier Childcare reflects her passion for children, commitment to excellence, and natural leadership. She began with us as a Preschool Teacher and Curriculum Coordinator, where her classroom excellence and leadership quickly led to her advancement to Executive Director.
With more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, Brittany brings extensive experience in teaching, curriculum development, teacher mentorship, parent communication, and school leadership. Her background includes roles with The Goddard School, Primrose Schools, Sumner County Board of Education, and private preschool programs in Tennessee and South Carolina.
Brittany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and has experience working with children from infancy through school age. She has been instrumental in developing GPC’s STEAM-focused curriculum, strengthening teacher standards, and advancing our commitment to fresh-made, all-natural and organic foods.
Known for her warmth, organization, and high standards, Brittany believes every child deserves to feel safe, loved, challenged, and inspired. Her leadership continues to help shape the high-quality, boutique early learning experience that sets Gallatin Premier Childcare apart.
