What Makes Our Infant Program Different?
Educated & Experienced Infant Teachers
We believe infant caregivers should be more than “babysitters.” They should be educated early childhood professionals who understand how babies learn, grow, and develop during the most important years of life.
At Gallatin Premier Childcare, lead infant teachers are required to hold an Early Childhood Education degree (or a related degree) or earn the nationally recognized Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. We invest in our teachers’ professional growth because we believe higher standards lead to higher-quality care.
Our infant teachers are selected for their:
- Experience working with infants and young children
- Education and commitment to professional development
- Warmth, patience, and emotional responsiveness
- Strong safety and supervision practices
- Ability to build trusting relationships with children and families
We believe the relationships, experiences, and interactions children have during their earliest years lay the foundation for lifelong learning, confidence, and emotional well-being. That’s why we are committed to investing in exceptional teachers who provide every infant with safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care.
connection and safety
Safety & Supervision Come First
Infant safety is our highest priority.
Our program focuses heavily on:
• active supervision at all times
• secure classroom environments
• safe sleep practices
• daily sanitation and cleaning procedures
• structured routines and accountability
• low-chaos classroom environments
• CPR and First Aid trained staff
• teacher-to-teacher supervision protocols
Families deserve peace of mind knowing their baby is in a safe, loving, and carefully supervised environment every day.
A Language-Rich, Developmentally Focused Environment
Even our youngest learners are constantly learning.
Throughout the day, infants are exposed to:
• language and communication development
• music and sensory experiences
• tummy time and gross motor development
• fine motor exploration
• social interaction and bonding
• early literacy exposure
• emotional connection and responsive caregiving
We believe early childhood education begins at birth — through relationships, conversation, movement, exploration, and purposeful interaction.
individualized infant care
We understand every infant is unique.
Our caregivers work closely with families to support:
• feeding schedules
• naps and sleep routines
• developmental milestones
• transitions to solids
• comfort preferences
• emotional needs and routines
Strong parent communication is extremely important during infancy, and we strive to create a true partnership with families.
Gallatin Premier Childcare maintains a clean, healthy environment
Gallatin Premier Childcare focuses heavily on:
• routine sanitizing and cleaning
• organized classroom environments
• proper bottle and feeding procedures
• handwashing practices
• healthy nutrition habits
• minimizing unnecessary classroom chaos and overstimulation
Our goal is to create an environment where infants can safely learn, grow, and thrive.
more than childcare-a foundation for learning
The first years of life are critical for:
• brain development
• attachment and emotional security
• communication skills
• confidence and trust
• sensory development
• social-emotional growth
At Gallatin Premier Childcare, we are honored to help lay that foundation through intentional care, meaningful interaction, and nurturing relationships every single day.
Each day is filled with developmentally appropriate activities that spark curiosity and support growth in communication, social-emotional development, and early cognitive skills.
Our thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces encourage movement, play, and discovery—helping each child grow at their own pace, surrounded by warmth, safety, and support.
