Executive Director | Gallatin Premier Childcare

Brittany’s journey at Gallatin Premier Childcare is the perfect example of what passion, leadership, and dedication to children can accomplish.

Beginning her career with us as a Preschool Teacher and Curriculum Coordinator, Brittany quickly distinguished herself through her exceptional leadership, classroom excellence, professionalism, and genuine love for early childhood education. Through hard work, vision, and an unwavering commitment to raising the standard of care, she advanced into the role of Executive Director, where she now helps lead the continued growth and evolution of Gallatin Premier Childcare.  Brittany was an integral help in executing our STEAM vision, our organic and healthy eating, pioneering the early childhood sector in Gallatin and Sumner County, TN.

With more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, Brittany brings a rare balance of hands-on classroom expertise, operational leadership, curriculum development, parent communication, and teacher mentorship. Her background includes leadership and teaching roles with respected early childhood programs including The Goddard School, Primrose Schools, Sumner County Board of Education, and multiple private preschool programs throughout Tennessee and South Carolina.

Brittany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and has extensive experience working with children ranging from infancy through school age. Her leadership style reflects the heart of Gallatin Premier Childcare — high standards, strong relationships, intentional learning, and creating an environment where children, families, and teachers thrive together.

Known for her calm leadership, organization, warmth, and commitment to excellence, Brittany has played an instrumental role in strengthening curriculum, supporting teacher growth, and helping shape the boutique, high-quality childcare experience Gallatin Premier Childcare is known for today.

Her passion for early childhood education goes beyond supervision and management — she believes every child deserves to feel safe, loved, challenged, and inspired every single day.

Under Brittany’s leadership, Gallatin Premier Childcare continues to raise the bar for what modern early childhood education can and should be.
