Gallatin Premier Childcare is a boutique, private early childhood program focused on raising the standard of childcare in Middle Tennessee. Unlike many large corporate centers, we intentionally maintain a more personalized, relationship-driven environment where quality comes before volume.

We focus heavily on:
• experienced, educated teachers-hold a degree OR are becoming nationally certified in Early Childhood, pioneering the way for childcare in Sumner county and TN

We support our teachers in obtaining(if they do not already hold a degree in early childhood or a related field):

• CDA (Child Development Associate) credentials
• CCP certifications
• college coursework and degrees in early childhood education

Our leadership team actively invests in continuing education, classroom coaching, training, and professional development because we believe children deserve highly qualified educators.  No other center requires the standards that Gallatin Premier Childcare maintains.  We are proud to pioneer the early childhood industry in so many ways.

Yes. Gallatin Premier Childcare proudly provides all natural and organic meals and snacks prepared in-house daily and included with tuition!

We focus on:
• reducing processed foods
• balanced nutrition
• family-style meal experiences
• healthy eating habits
• introducing children to a variety of foods

Meal times are viewed as an important part of learning, social development, independence, and classroom community.

We believe strong parent communication is essential.

Families receive:
• daily updates
• photos and classroom communication

• incident communication when needed
• direct leadership accessibility

We strive to build genuine relationships with families and maintain open, honest communication.

We have a full commercial kitchen and are able to send out toys daily for a 3 step cleaning process.  We are a bleach free center.  We use superior products for disinfecting and sanitizing that require less time to "kill" germs than bleach, SAFER than bleach and even take it one step further and utilize an end of day, hospital grade, air sanitizer that is used after a professional evening cleaning.

We are open Monday - Friday from 6:45am - 6pm and occasional Saturday evenings for parents night out.

At Gallatin Premier Childcare, our lead teachers either come to us with a degree or obtain a national early childhood certification such as a CDA or CCP, in addition to having prior classroom experience. This higher level of education and training helps teachers better understand:

At Gallatin Premier Childcare, we intentionally structure our mornings and evenings to remain calm, organized, and well-supervised. Unlike many larger centers in our own sumner county, mass combine children during transitions, we work to keep children in familiar classroom environments with consistent teachers whenever possible.

Young children learn best through hands-on experiences, movement, exploration, and real interaction — not passive screen viewing. At Gallatin Premier Childcare, we prioritize active learning through STEAM activities, sensory play, gross motor movement, music, art, and teacher-led engagement because these experiences help build critical thinking, communication, creativity, social skills, and healthy brain development during the most important early childhood years.
