Hi, I’m Kasindra, owner of Gallatin Premier Childcare.  I hold a Bachelor’s degree and have been an owner and operator of childcare centers for more than 16 years. As a resident of Sumner County, I am proud to serve the families of Gallatin and the surrounding communities.

Unlike large corporate childcare chains, I remain actively involved and accessible to our families. If you ever have a question or concern, you can reach me directly. I believe strong relationships and open communication are essential to providing exceptional care.

I also proudly chair the annual Nashville Songwriters Veterans Benefit at the Elmhurst American Legion, helping raise funds and support for veterans and military families. Giving back to our communities and supporting those who have served our country is something I care deeply about.

At Gallatin Premier Childcare, we believe children deserve more than supervision—they deserve education, enrichment, and opportunities to thrive. Our high-quality STEAM curriculum encourages children to explore, create, problem-solve, and develop a lifelong love of learning through hands-on experiences every day.

We have also intentionally raised our teacher qualification standards beyond state requirements. We believe our teachers are educators, not babysitters. Our lead teachers are required to have classroom experience and either hold a degree or commit to earning a nationally recognized early childhood credential such as the CDA or CCP. By investing in highly qualified teachers, we create stronger classrooms, better learning experiences, and better outcomes for children.
